TurnsPro currently ships to UK & British Islands (Free), Europe (£10), USA (£10), Canada (£10) and Australian (£10) addresses. We’re working on the rest of the world, so please keep checking back or sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to keep in touch.

Returns

TurnsPro has an easy and simple returns policy. We accept returns of items purchased on www.TurnsPro.com within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened and unused. Items can returned for a full refund of the purchase price (minus original postage costs).

Unfortunately we cannot accept returned goods that have been opened or used. Please contact sales@turnspro.com to arrange a return. Please include your name, email, order ID and details of the item you wish to return.

If you purchased a TurnsPro product from a retail store other than www.TurnsPro.com, please contact that site directly to arrange a return.

Faults

If you think that your TurnsPro may have a fault, please contact sales@turnspro.com with your name, email, order ID and details about the item you purchased. If your item has a fault, we will apologize profusely and send you a returns envelope for you to return it to us so that we can arrange a replacement for you.  We will only send a replacement when the faulty product has been received by us.
